Kujira Whisky
From Japan. Kujira Japanese Single Grain Whiskey Cask Limited is made on the Japanese island of Okinawa located south from Japan to Thailand. It is a warm climate and home to Awamori, a traditional distilled rice spirit unique to the region. Awamori is believed to be the predecessor to Shochu, the most popular fermented and distilled product manufactured in many parts of Japan.

Kensei Whisky
From Japan. ensei is blended from Japanese whiskies produced by distilleries located in Hokkaido and Nagano. Hokkaido is Japan’s second largest island and a hub for spirit production. The climate is similar to that of Scotland’s west coast so is conducive to whisky production. Nagano’s climate is also ideal for whisky production with a number of distilleries built in the alps to encourage slow maturation. The soft, filtered granite water here too is also favourable.
